Returns & Refund Policy – Harrison Tallow

At Harrison Tallow, we take pride in the quality of our products. Due to the nature of skincare and personal care items, we maintain strict return guidelines to ensure safety and hygiene for all customers.

1. Returns Eligibility

For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products.

We may accept returns only if:

  • The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

  • The return request is made within 14 days of delivery

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened or used skincare products

  • Items marked as final sale

  • Gift cards

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To process your request, include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging

We will offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.

4. Incorrect Orders

If you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours, and we will correct the issue at no additional cost.

5. Refunds (If Applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your provider

Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

6. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost returns

7. Allergies & Skin Sensitivities

As our products are made with natural ingredients, we recommend reviewing ingredient lists carefully before purchase.

We are not responsible for allergic reactions or sensitivities. If you have concerns, please perform a patch test before full use.

8. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase if they have not yet been processed or shipped.
